Chocolate Monkey
1 - 8 oz container vanilla yogurt 1 very ripe banana, cut up 1/2 cup of milk 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
Triple Fruit Smoothie
1 - 8 oz container blueberry yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1 ripe banana, cut up 1 tbs strawberry jam
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
