Brownie Cup
Single serve, no sharing!
1 tbs all-purpose flour
1 tbs brown sugar (packed)
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tbs vanilla yogurt, add more if necessary to blend mixture until smooth
In microwave safe coffee mug, mix all ingredients. Microwave 70-80 seconds. Take care when removing mug, may be hot. Serves 1.
Hot Brownie Pudding
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 3/4 cup hot water
In small mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and 2 tbs cocoa. Add milk, vanilla and melted butter until well combined. Add nuts, mix well.
Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Gently pour hot water over entire batter but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
